AUDIO: Sayth -
Im deff feeling this whole “Cave Journals” EP, i love the choice of samples, the production is experimental hip-hop and Sayth comes with abstracted lyrics, so if you like your hip-hop a lil different then you will deff love this.
Sayth is the pen name of openly gay Eau Claire, WI native Eric Wells. Now only 19 years old, Sayth has played countless shows throughout the United States in cities such as Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Brooklyn. He has shared stages with incredible up-and-coming acts such as Mike Mictlan, Kristoff Krane, and Mod Sun. Performing in basements, backyards, and dive venues, Sayth’s sound has molded into a sinister cocktail of intricate lyrics and pure passionate adrenaline. A few months after finishing his studies under Toki Wright (of Rhymesayers Ent.) and Joe Horton (of No Bird Sing) at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, MN, Sayth has released his new EP “Cave Journals” for free.
