As part of Pride House 2012 at the London Olympic Games, American artist Jeff Sheng presents Fearless, a photography series about openly gay athletes.
Fearless is a nine-year-long photography project by Sheng, who since 2003 has photographed over 150 LGBT-identified high school and collegiate athletes in the U.S. and Canada.
The debut of this work in London coincides with a fundraising drive that features T-shirts with the slogan “Fearless,” printed and donated by Nike to help raise funds for the artist to complete the project next year as a photography book. READ MORE HERE

On August 4th, KIN4LIFE will release the video for “It’s Over Now”, the first single from their upcoming CD “Money Brings Trouble”. Fans may view the groundbreaking video on the group’s YouTube channel, KIN4LIFETV; the video and single will be available on iTunes the same day. The highly anticipated video was filmed last summer in Philadelphia and premiered this year at the 2012 Philadelphia Independent Film Festival . “It’s Over Now” is the group’s second official music video and follows the unpredicted commercial success of their video for the hit single “Make Up Girl”, which was nominated for Logo’s “The Click List” Top 10 Videos of 2009 and was also honored as Best Music Video of 2008 by the Afterellen.com Visibility Awards. Dorian G. Stone, director of the “Make Up Girl” video, returned to helm the new project, in collaboration with Director of Photography Mike Hechanova of UrbanMouse Productions, an independent film and video services boutique based in New York City. The project utilized the revolutionary Sony RED ONE digital cinema technology. The production team also included videographer Vince Wright, of Wright Films and R.Brian Chacon of RBC Production Management handling set design.
The new KIN4LIFE CD, “Money Brings Trouble” , is scheduled for release later this year.

Women have captained smaller vessels, likesuch as minesweepers, but not the large frigates and destroyers, which are regarded as the bulwarks of the fleet. Breaking this significant glass ceiling is Commander Sarah West, who is taking charge of the modern Type 23-frigate, HMS Portland, currently in Rosyth.
